Delivery/Setup & Pickup

Do you deliver and pick up the teepees?

Absolutely!
Delivery and setup are included for locations within 20km of postcode 3175.

Outside that? No stress—there’s just a $50 travel fee.

We’ll be in touch during the week of your party to confirm delivery and pickup times. 

Is setup included in the cost?

100%! We’ll set everything up like a dream—you just handle the pack-down (we promise it’s super easy), and we’ll pick it all up!

What are TeePee Pop Parties?

Teepee Pop Parties are magical indoor experiences designed for kids aged 5–12. We transform your living room, playroom, or any covered space into a themed wonderland using our beautiful teepees, plush bedding, fairy lights, and fun decor.

Whether it’s a cozy sleepover or a fun-filled daytime celebration, we’ve got you covered! Our parties are fully styled, delivered, set up, and picked up — so you can sit back while your child enjoys a birthday or special occasion they’ll never forget!

We offer a range of themes and packages to suit every vibe — from dreamy nights in to exciting afternoons with friends.

What ages do TeepeePop parties cater to?

Our magical teepees are perfect for kids aged 5–12, but hey—who says only kids get to have fun? We welcome all ages who love a little indoor glamping fun!

How much space do I need?

Each teepee setup needs about 2m x 85cm to include the mattress + cute little breakfast tray.

We can help with layout ideas based on your space and how many teepees you want! 

What if something gets damaged during the party?

We take a $100 refundable bond before the party.
It’ll be refunded within 24 hours of pickup—easy!

If anything is damaged or needs replacing, we’ll use the bond to cover it.
Please keep food + drinks on trays and away from the mattresses.

Can I hire extra teepees?

Totally! Extra teepee setups are available for $80 each.
Just let us know how many dreamers are joining!

How long do I get to keep the teepees?

We’ll work with you to arrange a time that suits for delivery & pick-up.

Delivery: Thursday to Saturday

Pick-up: Sunday or Monday 

Do you supply air mattresses?

Yep! Comfy air mattresses are included with every teepee setup.

Do you provide pillows?

For hygiene reasons, we don’t supply pillows.

Please ask each guest to BYO pillow.

Can I set up the teepees outdoors?

Only if it’s fully undercover and protected from rain, wind, and dirt—like an enclosed pergola or garage.

Also, please keep any pets away from our gear.

Do I need power for the lights?

Nope! Our lights run on batteries (included), so no messy cords or plugs needed.

Please don’t use any mains-powered accessories with our setup. 

Is the linen cleaned after each party?

Yes! All fitted sheets, blankets, and cushion covers are freshly laundered.

Teepee canvases are also cleaned as needed. Clean, fresh, dreamy! 

Payments/Refunds

What’s your cancellation/refund policy?

A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the event date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

Can I pay with Mastercard or Visa?

You sure can—just head to our website for secure payment.
