Here's What You Need to Know Before Booking Your TeePee Pop Party
1. What's Included in Your Setup
Every TeePee Pop setup includes:
🛏️ Full-size single memory foam mattress [190cm (L) × 79cm (W) × 10cm (H)]
🤍 Fresh fitted sheet
☁️ Soft blanket + decorative cushions
⛺ Printed teepee + frame
🪵 Tables + themed decoration

Please note: Blankets are included with your setup. We kindly ask that each guest brings their own sleeping pillow.
Please measure your setup area before booking to ensure the required number of mattresses will comfortably fit within the available space.
2. Delivery & Travel
Delivery is included for bookings within our standard delivery area. For locations further away, an additional travel fee may apply.

📍 Outside 15km — Travel fee will apply

3. Booking, Payments & Changes
The packages price includes delivery, full setup, and pickup — all you need to do is pack everything down at the end.
We take full payment to confirm your booking. Travel fee is due 7 days before party setup.
You can make changes to your booking (including adjusting numbers) or cancel for a full refund up to 14 days before your party date.
Within 14 days, refunds aren’t available. However, depending on availability, you can still increase numbers by paying the difference. If you need to cancel within this period, we can either reschedule your party or provide a credit for a future booking.
4. Property Access
Stair Access — $60
If your party setup requires our team to carry equipment up or down stairs, an additional $60 access fee applies per flight of stairs.
Please let us know about any stairs before booking.
For hotels, apartments and other party venues, please provide us with the venue details prior to booking. Additional access, parking or handling fees may apply depending on the location and setup requirements, and we’ll confirm these with you beforehand.
5. Pack-Up Options
Option 1: Pack It Down Yourself
After the party, simply follow our provided pack-up instructions and have everything ready for collection.

Option 2: Leave It To Us ✨
Want one less thing to worry about? Select our Pack-Up Service for $75 and we'll take care of packing down our setup for you.
Pack-up service must be arranged with TeePee Pop.
